De verschuiving naar een circulaire economie begint momenteel serieuze vormen aan te nemen. Wat is het verschil met ongeveer dertig jaar geleden en waarom zou er nu in internationaal verband wel grootschalig gehoor worden gegeven aan de roep om een duurzamer beleid? In onze position paper geven we drie redenen waarom dit in onze ogen h¨¦t moment is voor een circulaire economie.
